FAQ.

When should I book my appointment at finora?

We recommend booking your appointment about 8-10 months before your wedding, especially if you are considering a dress from our ready-to-order collections. This gives you plenty of time for selection, alterations, and any potential delivery times.

Is there a fee for the fitting appointment?

The investment in you is a one-time fee of €90. If you decide to purchase your dream dress, this amount will, of course, be credited. At the finora bridal atelier, we welcome you exclusively and in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere – all by personal appointment. You will receive personalized consultation with double expertise.

Enjoy a relaxing fitting with your loved ones, accompanied by refreshing drinks, sparkling water, coffee, and small sweet treats that make your appointment a special experience.

‍Appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of €90 – unfortunately, we cannot offer another bride her finora moment with last-minute cancellations, and we aim to avoid that as much as possible.

What happens during an appointment at finora?

During your fitting at the finora bridal atelier, you will have access to our exclusive designer collections. Plan for about 1.5 hours to select your dream dress in a relaxed atmosphere. Feel free to bring shoes with your desired heel height, and ideally, a seamless nude slip. We will, of course, provide all the necessary accessories so we can complete your look together.

How many guests can I bring?

Bring 2-3 loved ones who respect your voice and feelings, who prioritize you, and whose opinions are in line with your heart – just like we do.

‍ALENA LEENA: High-end gowns from Cape Town, handcrafted from the finest materials.Dresses from these collections are ready-to-order and will be tailored to your measurements. Delivery times vary by designer, ranging from 5-8 months. Express orders are possible, but additional costs may apply.

Our ready-to-wear collection combines effortless luxury with a modern edge – discover stunning designs from Rime Arodaky, Alexandra Grecco, Sarah Seven, Prea James, and other top designers. Available immediately for brides who value style, individuality, and uncompromising aesthetics. No wait, just wow!

What sizes do you carry?

We offer a wide selection of sizes ranging from EU 36 to EU 42, tailored to the individual needs of our brides. The dresses in our ready-to-order section are custom-made for you to ensure a perfect fit and guarantee that you will feel completely comfortable on your big day.

Do you offer bridal accessories?

Yes! Whether veils, shoes, or jewelry – we offer a carefully curated selection of accessories that perfectly complement your dress.

How much does my dream dress cost and how do I pay?

The price of our dresses is set by each label and includes taxes and fees. Our dream dresses are priced between €2,200 and €4,800. The full purchase price is due upon signing the contract. You can comfortably pay by cash, credit or debit card, or bank transfer. Alterations and adjustments are billed separately. Our experienced partner seamstresses will assist you and ensure that your dress fits perfectly in terms of fit, length, and details. We are happy to connect you with an expert near you!

Can I store my dress at finora?

If you are unable to pick up your dress within a reasonable period of 2 weeks, we are happy to store it for you. A service fee of €15 per week will apply. This amount will be calculated from the availability of your dream dress until the scheduled pick-up date and will be invoiced accordingly.

Can I return my dress?

Purchased dresses are not returnable. Upon pickup, you have the opportunity to inspect the dress for any defects. After the handover, finora assumes no liability, including for changes in your body measurements (e.g. due to pregnancy or weight fluctuations).

Can I shop online with you?

We focus on a very personal experience. We do not offer an online shop, as we believe the fitting and consultation on-site are the heart of your bridal dress search.

What happens if I want to make changes to my dress?

Our experienced partner seamstress is always present during your fitting. After purchasing your dream dress, she will take care of all necessary alterations and lovingly address all your changes.
